The relationship beneath every relationship
The life we experience is shaped by the relationship we maintain with ourselves. From there, it ripples outward into every human connection—shaping how we meet others and the quality of our relationships with family, friends, colleagues, community and those closest to us.
From the yogic perspective, relationship begins within. It asks how we relate to our own soul, how faithfully we live from our true nature and what we carry into the space we share with another person.
Outer accomplishment cannot replace inner connection. When we lose contact with our own center, that disconnection eventually appears in the way we communicate, participate, love, teach and belong.
For six intensive days, we enter a residential study of Humanology, Kundalini Yoga and consciousness in relationship—with ourselves, with others and with the larger life we share.
The quality of our relationships quietly shapes the quality of the life we experience.
The question is not only whom we relate to, but from what state of consciousness we enter relationship.A yogic study of relationship
Conscious relationship begins before technique. From the yogic perspective, it grows from the relationship we maintain with our own soul, the consciousness we bring into each encounter and our willingness to live from the True Self.
Throughout the immersion, we explore seven interconnected territories:
Explore the difference between relationship guided by habit, expectation or unconscious need and relationship rooted in awareness, honesty, responsibility and authentic presence.
Consider how self-recognition, self-respect and the capacity to listen inwardly become foundations for authentic relationship with another.
Become conscious of the patterns, assumptions and protective responses that may limit intimacy, communication or the expression of the True Self. What becomes visible can become a doorway to a different possibility.
We may desire closeness while protecting our independence, seek truth while resisting what it reveals, or long to be known while concealing essential parts of ourselves. Yogic awareness invites us to hold these contradictions consciously and discover what they may be asking us to integrate.
From the yogic perspective, masculine and feminine energies are dimensions of consciousness present within every human being. We consider how these inner polarities influence receptivity, direction, creativity, communication and the way we give and receive in relationship.
Modern relationships face particular pressures: speed, constant communication, changing roles, greater independence and increasing social fragmentation. We explore what authenticity, commitment and conscious connection may require in this changing human landscape.
Relationship is not limited to private or romantic life. It includes friendship, family, teaching, work, community and our participation in the collective. The residential immersion offers an opportunity to experience community as a living practice of awareness, responsibility, contribution and belonging.

Past, present and the True Self
Past experiences can continue to shape the way we love, protect ourselves and enter every kind of relationship.
Through the technology of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and conscious awareness, we explore how to recognize what belongs to the past and what is truly present.
From that awareness, we can honor the past without remaining bound to it, restore our relationship with the True Self and create more conscious ways of giving, receiving and connecting—with greater freedom, authenticity and inner abundance.
Six intensive days together
This is not a conventional relationship workshop. It is a Kundalini Yoga Level Two immersion in Humanology, consciousness and the art of living authentically in relationship.
The training moves between yogic teaching, Kundalini Yoga, kriya, meditation, pranayama, contemplation, self-observation, conscious communication and shared inquiry.
Some understanding comes through teaching. Some through practice. And some becomes visible only in the presence of another human being.
The residential environment allows the teachings to continue beyond formal study. Practice, meals, conversation, silence, shared space and community become part of the experience—without turning every interaction into analysis.
