Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher
Learn the teachings. Become the teacher.
A rigorous and deeply human path—from establishing the foundations to embodying the maturity to guide others.
Two distinct levels
Level One is the 200-hour teacher certification: learn the practice, develop the skills to teach Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops, and establish the foundations of a yogic life.
Level Two is 300 hours of advanced study divided into five 60-hour modules. Take one module for concentrated personal growth, or complete all five to deepen your capacity as a teacher and practitioner.
Yoga Alliance credentials
Indra Kaur is an E-RYT 500 and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. The Secrets of Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School at the 200-hour level.
Graduates who successfully complete the school's 200-hour teacher training receive a certificate that may support an application for RYT 200 registration with Yoga Alliance, subject to its current requirements.
