01 — Why Level One

Go beyond doing the practice.
Understand what you are doing.

Level One is not only a certification. It is an opportunity to understand Kundalini Yoga as an integrated technology—and to develop the personal experience, sensitivity and steadiness to use it intelligently in your own life.

Deepen your practice

Move beyond occasional classes into a sustained relationship with kriya, breath, mantra, meditation and sadhana.

Understand the technology

Learn how posture, prana, sound, focus and meditation work together—and why specific practices create different effects.

Develop inner listening

Strengthen self-observation, sensitivity and the clear inner attention from which intuition can become more reliable.

Learn to teach

If teaching calls you, learn to structure classes and workshops and guide others with knowledge, ethics and presence.

02 — Who this is for

You do not have to want
to become a teacher.

Some students come knowing they want to teach. Others come because a weekly class is no longer enough and they want to understand the practice from within. Both belong in Level One.

A hybrid immersive pathway

Together in practice.
Together online.

The residential and online dimensions are designed to support one another. We begin by living and learning together in person, continue through live online study, and reunite in Miami to integrate and complete the journey.

01

Residential Immersion

Ten days and nights together create the space to give yourself fully to practice, study and direct experience.

02

Live Online Study

The group continues together through scheduled live curriculum classes, with the weekday and time agreed upon collectively.

03

Miami Integration Weekend

An additional in-person long weekend brings the community back together for practicum, integration and completion.

Why immersion matters

When we step away from the ordinary rhythm of life, learning has room to become experience.

Instead of returning home each evening to work, errands and familiar obligations, the residential environment allows you to remain inside the practice. Sadhana, classes, meals, conversation, rest and shared space all become part of the learning.

Living and practicing together creates continuity, trust and community. Students support one another, learn through one another and often form friendships that continue long after the training ends.

The next cohort is projected for January or March 2027. The complete calendar, participation requirements, admissions information and investment will be released when the dates are confirmed.
